It the first week of work ...Quite Drain haha Meeting after meeting ...My job scope is so wide .I felt this company think super high of me .

The reason I am there is to solve problem due to some IT stuffs

Before I go to the company , time taken for production scheduling is a tough task using excel as it take alot of time. My supervisor improved the problem my creating an excel that can speed up the time .So I in a way am there to improve the problem my supervisor improved .

That was the first impression that my supervisor gave me .But I am suppose to sove the problem for his supervisor .But he added that sometime he dont know what he want .LOL

This week really meeting all the way , like out of 8hours work like 5 hours meeting sometime .But should only be at the start of the months.Next week , will be many hand-on .

Got a little pressure as I am working closely with manager or can say team leader under the planning side .You see them planned you nothing to say . You know why ??? They do their best to come out with plan that dont miss out consider everyone . As I see them planned , It allow me to reflect that I caring less and less about other lives .Is like I give up like that .Is like I am tired to start ball rolling .

Some of my ex unit , saying that they coming RP . I was like "LOL" ok lor come lor .
I just got one question ?? Beside sms got meeting , got Cg & got service ? What else do we sms people ah ??? Everyone is like so busy with their lives or running their own race .That should not be normal .But it Quite normal in RP cgs. You just need to get used to the environment if not leave . That the world saying . Or you just need to bear for a few years .

With my strength I really can go far .I have two supervisors , both have their strengths , one is a quieter one , he observe first then he speak up . The other is younger a little , he dare to stand for himself ,dare to clarfy , dare to correct his boss & very good at relating with people .I start a little of myself heard and there .

They have some things in common , humble when they make a mistakes or did not finished on time they will say sorry .Got a few more lol.

For be is like observation week , beside meeting after meeting.
