Wed had a four men care group .Four men , Hmmm I never believe it .It guess there always the first time .Nehe , ck ,Kai en and me .Actually my plan of the day , wat a little effected .But nvm .
The expected time for cg to start was between 10 to 1030am. But It start about 1pm.And sadly I am the first to reach .LOL
I really hope it the last time there four ppl CG
But there sure some fun part . Games was fun .Kai en planned one sure fun la .It stations game .Each person go each station to solve puzzles .Some puzzles it tough .Today I played guitar .Lol but it tiring for me so many bar chords ><
haha after CG when home to rest .
As i was walking home , I really felt touched by god'grace .Grace is something we dont deserve but god still give .My new class is E45K .
But i remember what someone told me .I not about the situation .I about how you handle it .
Haha I am getting broke ahhhh.Really broke .When I am out .The truth is I cant eat 3 meals a day .Now travelling can kill me already .Bus and train both killed =( .Sometime I think alot before i go out .Holiday is the period I dont get constant pocket money .A bit stress up , haha my dad keep saying if no money dont go out so often .Keeping saying I must manage my financial.It not i dont know how to manage ><.I can manage by staying at hm la .My home it my comfort Zone .Foods no probem .Entertainment no probelm too .And Sengkeng got swimming pool .But haven go yet.The truth about be is I love to stay at home .haha
Some will say why dont work ? haha holiday i focus more in completing my pp .And i like so many other thing . haha I think that is one reason i dont like holiday .But I still do enjoy it . But Thank raymond for treating me sometime .haha But sometime I really dont like to make my problem your problem as it not very nice .Thank for being there =)
Wah I should not focus so much on the problem . Focus on god .I need more Faith =)

As I have always know setting and example it important .But sometime as a followers must know leaders are still human .They have there limitation .But I felt a least followers want is it leader's best that all .

- Training and the mental simulation that results can also result in unanticipated opportunities
Experiment and take risks

Note:A good leader should also encourage initiative in others—it can result in new ways of looking at problems, can result in innovative solutions and greater commitment from members of an organization.
For me , I felt being initiative have some more benefits.For this point , it not only for leaders it for everyone .It is because in life , it not always about the results but the process .As a christian , how can you know god better .It not a one days or one weeks things .It a life time maybe . It a process .

It the ended of the model .People who have been in church long enough will find all this 5 points familar .It is because we have been taught too .
For the vision part , where is own RP unit vision ah ?? Die le ah LOL ....No vision = Aimless Hmmm can I concluse that ? It just a question to thing about .
Today my mum prepared steamboat . Hmmm I am quite curious .So I asked "today special day ah ".....And I never expected her reply to be "Ya ,it my off day" LOL it super funny .I was stun a little .
Just came back from ALC leadership camp , whole body ache sad case .But it was quite fruitful.I want to thank god for being the source of my strength there .
For me , I set my camp objective b4 i went there .As it was a leadership camp , it was to enlarge my comfort zone and learn some new skills there .
Day 1
For the first day ,they intro the K & P model .K & P model mean Kouzes & posner's 5 practices of exemplary leadership.These 5 practices I felt i had learn before in church . You will know why i as i go through it during the process of the camp.
Encourage the heart
Recognize contributions
- People within the organization are the ones who make things happen
- Personalize recognition
Celebrate the values and victories
- Celebrations don’t have to be public or elaborate, but they should be genuine acknowledgements of success (even small successes)
- Celebrations can create a sense of community
- Good leaders show they care
Note: Not everyone responds to recognition the same way; a good leader knows the people in the organization well enough to personalize the recognition
Interesting right ? In church , I remember we should encourage one another .If people had contributed in something words like "good job" or "great effort" should be said .
I also remember we should said thing to build people up .
For this point, it not only for leaders but followers too ...Because how good a team is .It based on all the people in the team.

- One of the easiest ways to foster collaboration is by use of the word “we” instead of “I”

Note:You cannot be an effective leader if you don’t trust the people you seek to lead and people won’t accept you as their leader if they don’t trust you. Trust is contagious; but if lost it is much more difficult (and sometimes impossible) to re-earn.
For this practice , I recalled a saying I heard in church .Which is , " I do , You See " , " I do , You do " and lastly " I See , You do "
For this , sometime you need to give other a chance to share their thinking .
